Serratus Anterior Contraction During Resisted Arm Extension (GravityFit) Assessed by MRI

GravityFit efficacy in activating the deep muscles supporting shoulder health and function were investigated in a recent study by Deakin University, and sponsored by NASA who have an interest in understanding the weakening of the deep Anti-Gravity muscle system in Astronauts.

MRI clearly showed the activation of this traditionally hard to pin down muscle, with subjects using GravityFit tools.
